2024/25 Ladies Major Pairs Championship

Congratulations to Brittany Camp & Samantha Ferguson who are the 2024/25 Ladies Major Pairs Champions. They defeated Chelsea McKay & Dawn Hayman 21-15 in a terrific Final.
It was Chelsea & Dawn who got off to the better start, leading 7-1 after 5 ends. Brittany & Samantha bounced back quickly, scoring 9 shots over the next 4 ends whilst only conceding 1 shot to take the lead 10-8 after 9 ends. The next 4 ends were shared with each team picking up singles to take the score to 12-10 after 13 ends. Brittany & Samantha had another good run, picking up 6 shots over the next 4 ends whilst again only conceding a single shot to take a very handy lead 18-11 with only 4 ends remaining. Chelsea & Dawn wouldn’t lie down though, picking up a 3 & a 1 to make the score 18-15 with 2 ends to play. That would be as close as they would get though, with Brittany & Samantha scoring a 2 & a 1 to take the match. & the Championship 21-15.

In the Semi Finals, Brittany & Samantha defeated Lois McKiernan & Donna McCormick-Ford 19-13 while Chelsea & Dawn had a 24-16 victory over Maryann Parcell & Jasmine Smith.
